Christmas season is a good time for sharing with our fellowship in Christ.

Dr. Gagnon, "A week or so before the 2007 General Synod of the Anglican Church of Canada a paper by Prof. John Thorp, professor of philosophy at the University of Western Ontario, was sent to every delegate to the Synod, timed to push the case for blessing homosexual unions. Thorp's paper, which can be viewed at the Anglican Church of Canada website, is not well done but it might convince some of the uninformed. The Ministry Council is recruiting brothers and sisters to participate in Library ministry to promote book reading/tape listening (including tape duplication), or to assist in library operation. All who are interested please contact Mrs. Nona Leung 604-435-4587.
 
The Library volunteers are tracing outstanding or missing items from the collection. Please return any overdue books, tapes or videos immediately. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

Church Resources
Parishioners are most welcome to use or borrow church’s office supply and resources. If you have taken or borrowed any items from the church, please return the items to the church secretary office or place it back to its original location. If you would like to borrow any items from the church, please notify the church secretary.
During the recent Parish clean up and equipment inventory, it was noted that some books, Bibles, Hymnals, Joyful praise were missing from the church. If you have borrowed any of those items, please contact the church secretary. Thank you.

The Church Secretary has posted the room schedules for fellowships, small groups and other ministries on the notice board. If there are any fellowships, small groups or event organizers that would like to reserve a room, please contact the Church Secretary. Thank you.

 

Offering system - Monday, January 01, 2007

The offering system of the Church is mainly through the use of envelope numbers.
If anyone wants an envelope number, please contact our Church Treasurer, Mrs. Alice Au (604 899 1295). Official receipts will be issued for any donation which is $15 or over per annum.

Mission Fund
Collection of offering for Mission Fund (green bag) on Sunday Services irrespective of liturgies:

  • 9 a.m. English Services – 2nd & 4th Sundays of the month
  • 11 a.m. Chinese Services – 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month
